Effective therapy requires an effective working relationship.
My primary goal is to provide clients with a safe space where we can openly discuss their concerns. Having an open conversation requires trust, which I want to establish at the beginning of our time together.
Clients come to me with different concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and the need to improve their lives.
Throughout my career, I have strived to gain expertise in therapeutic methods to help my clients address these issues. Two specialties include mindfulness and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Both methodologies are evidence-based and known to be effective.
Integrating mindfulness techniques, I help clients cultivate present-moment awareness and self-compassion, essential tools for building resilience. Meanwhile, CBT allows us to identify and reframe negative thought patterns, empowering clients to achieve positive mental health outcomes.
Each client is unique and has specific needs.
I don’t adhere to a one-size-fits-all approach. While working with clients, we discuss their needs, backgrounds, and histories. These conversations help me develop a protocol that offers the best help.
The time we spend together is about YOU, not me. I will listen, not judge, and try to help you progress to a better understanding of your challenges and how to overcome them and move forward.

Hi! Welcome to Resilient Pathways Mental Health Counseling! I am the Owner and Founder of this practice. I graduated from New York University (NYU) in 2021 with a deep commitment to fostering mental well-being and resilience among individuals facing various life challenges.
It’s a fact of life that each of us will encounter challenges. Change is a significant concern for older adults. They may face retirement, an empty nest, or deteriorating health once the children are gone. Younger individuals encounter challenges, such as finding a job, determining the right relationship, or establishing a balance in life.
The unexpected can arise at any stage of life, especially given our fast-paced lives. When the unexpected occurs, our lives can become turned upside down. During these times, I strive to help my clients navigate these challenges.
Here’s information on my professional background.
In 2021, I received a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from NYU.
Helping clients struggling with either anxiety or depression are two of my specialties. For those struggling with anxiety, I help them understand and manage their anxiety through practical strategies and coping mechanisms. My approach to treating depression involves providing support and therapeutic interventions to alleviate symptoms of depression and promote emotional well-being.
I also work with individuals having relationship issues by assisting them in improving communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering healthier relationships.
Finally, I help those struggling with life adjustments by guiding them through significant life changes, career transitions, personal loss, or other pivotal moments.
When I am not working, I…
… find immense joy in home design, spending hours transforming spaces into cozy and aesthetically pleasing environments. My golden retriever, Alfredo, is my constant companion and brings so much happiness into my life with his playful nature and unwavering loyalty.
I also love to indulge in reading, getting lost in different worlds through the pages of a good book. The beach is another favorite escape of mine – nothing compares to the sound of the waves and the feeling of sand beneath my feet.
Additionally, I’m passionate about trying new foods and culinary experiences; exploring diverse cuisines gives me a deeper appreciation for different cultures and flavors.
