Christina Nicole Smith is the founder and esteemed owner of Resilient Pathways Mental Health Counseling. As a graduate of New York University’s Mental Health and Wellness Counseling program, Christina brings several years of experience in working with both adults and children across a wide range of disorders. With expertise in grief, anxiety, depression, and stress management. Under her leadership, Resilient Pathways has emerged as a beacon of healing and support, assisting clients in navigating all walks of life, such as relationship struggles, anxiety, grief, and more, while addressing the enduring impacts of trauma and emotional abuse. 

With a commitment to fostering resilience, Christina employs a therapeutic approach tailored to helping clients surmount life’s obstacles. She the focus’ is on creating a safe, secure, and nurturing environment where individuals can delve deeply into self-exploration and healing. Rebecca is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to creating a therapeutic environment where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change. She works with adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, relationship concerns, perfectionism, and major life transitions. Whether navigating career changes, relationship challenges, or feeling overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life, Rebecca provides a collaborative and compassionate space to foster insight, resilience, and lasting growth.

Her therapeutic approach is warm, structured, and evidence-based, integrating practical coping strategies with deeper exploration of underlying patterns that contribute to emotional distress. Rebecca partners with clients to strengthen emotional regulation, improve communication, develop healthier relationships, and create lives that are more balanced, purposeful, and aligned with their personal values.

In addition to her clinical work, Rebecca serves as a Clinical Supervisor at Resilient Pathways Mental Health Counseling, where she provides individual and group supervision to Mental Health Counseling Limited Permit Holders. She is passionate about mentoring the next generation of clinicians, supporting their development in clinical decision-making, ethical practice, case conceptualization, documentation, risk assessment, and professional identity. Maria Allen, is a compassionate mental health therapist, who graduated from CUNY Brooklyn College. She has experience working with individuals of all ages, primarily working with children, teens, and young adults. With specialties in OCD and other anxiety-based disorders, trauma/PTSD and depression, Maria offers a safe and supportive environment for individuals navigating these challenges and other difficult life experiences.

Blending a variety of therapeutic modalities, Maria takes a trauma-informed and client-centered approach, drawing from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and expressive arts therapy. For clients struggling with OCD and anxiety disorders, she incorporates Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), a gold-standard treatment designed to help individuals break free from obsessive fears and compulsions.

Dania works with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, and identity exploration. Together, you will explore patterns, increase self-awareness, and strengthen resilience to navigate life’s challenges.

She has also completed certifications in STARS (Strength Trauma Awareness and Resilience Skills), further informing her trauma-informed and strengths-based approach to care. Egda integrates a range of therapeutic modalities to help clients better understand their thoughts and emotions, manage stress, and develop practical tools for everyday life.
As a LMHC-LP, Egda is an empathetic and non-judgmental therapist who creates a safe, supportive space for clients to navigate life’s challenges and begin their healing process. Her therapeutic style is warm, down-to-earth, and grounded in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, psycho-education and behavioral therapy.
Egda believes that everyone deserves to feel understood and empowered, and she works closely with clients to foster clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.
Egda specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. She also has experience supporting families navigating developmental disabilities, including Autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy and medically fragile. Her approach is tailored to each individual’s unique needs, incorporating developmentally appropriate techniques such as play therapy and behavioral therapy for younger clients, while also focusing on building self-esteem, strengthening coping skills, and creating a strong sense of emotional safety.
 
Outside of the therapy space, Egda enjoys focusing on her physical health, listening to music, and spending quality time with family and friends.
